QPhoto updated their Picasso Album maker software and now cannot print an existing album that we have been working on for a year.
Can anyone please help with suggestions to get the album printed.

I bought the program CD from Q photo, but it does not run correctly, constantly stops working then I must restart the program, now I received an application error 0x07521cfo "Referenced memory could not be written". How can I fix this problem?

Dries opperman, I suggest phoning Q photo, I have been printing books with them for years, if you can download TeamViewer on your pc before phoning, they can help you remotely, I have the t shirt for this!!!! Good luck!
